Due Diligence & Anti Fraud

As part of this commitment, P3M Works has established a Due Diligence, Anti-Fraud, and Anti-Corruption Policy to help prevent and detect any fraudulent or corrupt activities. This policy applies to all employees, contractors, consultants, agents, and any other third parties acting on behalf of P3M Works.

Due Diligence:

P3M Works will conduct appropriate due diligence on any third parties that it engages with to ensure that they are reputable and reliable. This includes verifying their credentials, reviewing their past performance, and checking their compliance with legal and ethical standards. P3M Works will also monitor the ongoing activities of third parties to ensure that they continue to comply with these standards.

Anti-Fraud:

P3M Works has zero-tolerance for any fraudulent activities. All employees, contractors, consultants, agents, and any other third parties acting on behalf of P3M Works are prohibited from engaging in any fraudulent activities, including but not limited to, misrepresenting information, falsifying records, stealing funds, and misappropriating assets. P3M Works will investigate any suspected fraudulent activities and take appropriate disciplinary and legal action against those found to be involved.

Anti-Corruption:

P3M Works is committed to complying with all anti-corruption laws and regulations. All employees, contractors, consultants, agents, and any other third parties acting on behalf of P3M Works are prohibited from offering, soliciting, or accepting any bribes or kickbacks. P3M Works will also not make any payments to government officials or political parties except as permitted by law. P3M Works will investigate any suspected corruption activities and take appropriate disciplinary and legal action against those found to be involved.

Reporting:

P3M Works encourages all employees, contractors, consultants, agents, and any other third parties acting on behalf of P3M Works to report any suspected fraudulent or corrupt activities. P3M Works will protect the confidentiality of those who report such activities, and no employee, contractor, consultant, agent, or any other third party acting on behalf of P3M Works will be retaliated against for reporting suspected fraudulent or corrupt activities in good faith.
