WeShape approached P3M Works to lend their Project Management expertise to an ongoing critical project.
The Challenge.
Challenge: P3M Works was engaged to support a critical digital transformation initiative that had encountered delivery friction. Like many fast-moving programmes, it faced the challenge of coordinating multiple teams, systems, and expectations. Progress had slowed, and there was a shared recognition that things needed to shift to get the programme back on track. Our role was to bring structure, clarity, and momentum — ensuring technical integration ran smoothly, communications were reenergised, and that delivery aligned with evolving stakeholder needs.
The Solution.
Solution: We began by embedding ourselves within the existing team, focusing on alignment and trust. Rather than disrupt, we looked to enhance — facilitating open conversations, listening closely to all stakeholders, and co-designing a way forward that everyone could stand behind. We introduced lightweight but effective governance practices, including clear RAID tracking, project initiation documentation, and a reliable drumbeat of communication to ensure visibility. We also helped reset the operating model, making collaboration smoother between technical and delivery teams. By understanding the organisation’s culture and delivery environment, we were able to reshape the project rhythm and rebuild confidence across the board.
