The Challenge.
With a fixed delivery date looming before Christmas 2023, our gaming industry client needed to stand up a media-splitting pipeline under significant time pressure. There were two major hurdles: existing technical debt that needed untangling and a growing list of feature requests that risked derailing the schedule. Clarity was essential.
