Delivery of Cyber Training.
Infosec People were eager to provide their employees with relevant, engaging, and face-to-face cyber training.
The Challenge.
Infosec People wanted to provide their employees with relevant, face-to-face cyber training that felt more personal and engaging than what larger providers could offer. Off-the-shelf courses weren’t cutting it — they lacked the nuance, context, and human connection needed to make the learning stick. What they needed was something tailored. Something that reflected their internal policies, acknowledged different levels of expertise, and could be delivered in a way that truly resonated.
The Solution.
P3M Works stepped in to create a bespoke training experience, developed specifically around Infosec People’s operating environment and team makeup. We kicked things off by engaging directly with the business to understand who we’d be speaking to — from seasoned cyber pros to those brand new to the field. This insight shaped our content: practical, plain-speaking modules for newcomers, layered with deeper technical scenarios to keep the experts on their toes. To keep energy high and lessons memorable, we used real-world examples, humour, and everyday analogies to make the complex simple. Our goal wasn’t just to inform — it was to connect, and embed good security behaviours in a way that stuck.
