Cyber Resilience Delivery Manager
As Delivery Manager, you will lead the successful execution of cyber security programmes and projects across a diverse client portfolio. You’ll be responsible for ensuring delivery excellence, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement, while supporting the development of P3M Works’ cyber resilience offerings.
Key Responsibilities

Programme & Project Delivery
-
Lead end-to-end delivery of cyber security initiatives (e.g., ISMS implementation, major projects, research and interactive projects).

Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple engagements.

Ensure alignment with client goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Interlock within project, programme or portfolio (P3M) governance.

Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management

Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor and delivery lead.

Facilitate workshops, steering groups, and progress reviews.
-
Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for non-technical audiences.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Coordinate cross-functional teams including consultants, analysts, and technical specialists.

Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Work closely with the project sponsors, technical leads and leadership team to shape delivery strategy and capability.

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

Champion delivery standards, governance, and reporting frameworks.
-
Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Drive innovation in delivery methods, tooling, and client engagement.
Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience delivering cyber resilience or technology programmes in consultancy or enterprise environments.

Strong understanding of cyber security domains (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, risk management, threat modelling).

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
-
Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, MSP).
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing role.
-
Possession of UK Security Clearance.
Desirable Qualifications

Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.

Experience with Microsoft 365 security tooling, Azure, or other cloud platforms.

Familiarity with GRC platforms and automated reporting dashboards.

Familiarity with CyberArk and Akamai product suite.
